If I had to stack a fly box with only five (5) nymphs to fish the Weber River year round they would go as follows:
- Scud/Sow bug
- WD-40s
- Zebra Midge
- Rainbow Warrior
- Prince Nymph
I constantly screen the river at different locations and find the same array of bugs; scud and sow bug central! I use different patterns in different situations but the majority of my boxes are variations of the previous patterns.
